    Position Overview:


    As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and safety of our satellite products.

    You will work closely with the engineering and manufacturing teams to develop and implement quality control methodologies, perform rigorous testing, and oversee the entire quality assurance process.

    Your expertise will directly impact the success of our missions and the satisfaction of our clients.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and measures for the manufacturing of satellite systems.
    Conduct thorough inspections of materials and components to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
    Coordinate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues early in the development process.
    Lead or collaborate on quality investigations such as MRB, CAPA, and root-cause investigations – including customer-driven investigations.
    Analyze test results, identify trends in performance data, and recommend improvements or corrective actions.
    Review supplier and vendor quality standards and performance, conducting audits as necessary.
    Ensure that all quality assurance documentation is accurate and maintained according to industry and regulatory standards.
    Stay updated on industry trends, quality assurance methodologies, and regulatory requirements affecting satellite manufacturing.

    Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives in the quality assurance process, adopting innovative tools and techniques to enhance product quality and reliability.


    Requirements:
    Strong understanding of quality assurance standards, methodologies, and regulatory requirements in the aerospace industry.
    Proficient in the use of QA tools, software for data analysis, and statistical quality control techniques.
    Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate detailed specifications and technical documents.
    Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across different departments.
    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

    Education And Experience

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

    A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in the aerospace, satellite, or high-technology manufacturing sector.
