    • Technology Strategy & Leadership
    • Execute the multi-year global technology strategy to support both non-traditional and international franchise growth.
    • Lead technology planning, budgeting, and prioritization for global expansion initiatives.
    • Partner with executive leadership to align technology decisions with business goals, operational models, and franchise requirements.
    • Build and manage a small, high-performing technical team as global operations scale.
    • Architecture & Stack Selection
    • Partner with Marketing and Operations to assess and select the software platforms required for international market entry, including:
    • POS and payment processing
    • Digital ordering and delivery integrations
    • Loyalty, CRM, and marketing automation
    • Back-office (labor, scheduling)
    • Integration/middleware solutions
    • Define the target architecture for franchise operations, ensuring scalability, security, compliance, and regional adaptability including integrations to inventory and data & analytics platforms
    • Evaluate third-party vendors and manage technical relationships.
    • Governance, Security & Compliance
    • Ensure systems adhere to international data privacy, PCI, and local regulatory requirements.
    • Establish standards, documentation, and governance frameworks for all franchise technology deployments.
    • Create playbooks and best practices for onboarding new franchisees across global regions.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work with marketing, supply chain, operations, and finance to ensure seamless system integration.
    • Collaborate with international partners and franchisees to understand local requirements and constraints.
    • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for new market launches.
