- Job Title: Federated Identity Systems Engineer
- Location: Lake County, Illinois
- Compensation: $60.00 per hour, Paid Time off, Company 401k contributions, Health, dental, and vision insurance. The total annual compensation, including benefits, amounts to $138,000.00

- Design and implement federation identity and access management solutions.
- Configure and customize federation applications for user provisioning, single sign-on, and multi-factor authentication.
- Integrate federation technologies with enterprise systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and enforce security policies, rules, and workflows.
- Resolve issues related to federation authentication, authorization, and user provisioning.
- Monitor and optimize federation infrastructure performance and scalability.
- Provide support and guidance on federation-related topics.
- Stay informed about industry trends and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with vendors and document configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Federation Engineer or similar role.
- Knowledge of federation platform features and functionalities.
- Hands-on experience with federation administration and configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively with teams.
- Attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience with other identity and access management solutions is preferred.
