Executive Sales Manager
to join our team and lead our in-home sales consultants to new heights. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with the ability to make bold, results-oriented decisions.
Salary:
Base + % + performance bonus (negotiable)
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Home Remodeling or Home Construction industry.
Proven track record of success in managing a high-performing outside sales team that exceeds sales goals.
Previous in-home one call close experience
A deep understanding of the in-home sales model and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
Strong analytical and results-oriented problem-solving skills.
(Preferred) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
(Strongly preferred) Experience with in-home 'One Call Close' sales methodologies
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Improve conversion while continuing to recruit, hire, train, and develop our team of in-home sales consultants.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales consultants to help them achieve their individual and team goals.
Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement sales training programs.
Partner with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Manage the sales budget and resources.
Job Description:
As the Executive Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our in-home sales team. You will be a strategic leader who is passionate about sales and has a proven track record of success. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy that will drive revenue growth. You will provide ongoing coaching and support to your team to help them achieve their individual and team goals.
You will also be responsible for monitoring sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing sales training programs.
