    DH Pace Company, Inc. is looking for a Contract Administrator to join our Risk Management Team in Olathe, KS The Contract Administrator is responsible for all activities related to the processing of Commercial and Residential Contracts, Sub-Contracts, related documents, and all associated activities, ensuring the companies' Risk Services, Legal and Operations Policies and best practices are followed and maintained for all assigned locations and business units. This person must have a strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy and be a focused self-starter.

    Position Overview:

    • Daily review of our internal contract tracking system, to ensure reviews and tasks are being performed timely and accurately, notifying the appropriate parties with questions or concerns.
    • Monthly metrics and quarterly audit of Contract Tracking for the company and be able to resolve any issues you find that do not meet the SOPs and guidance given by Risk, Legal and Operations, including feedback and training to assist in improving metrics and audit scores. This requires a very focused and detail-oriented person to follow the rule
    • Audit all dates related to Contract tracking, to ensure all activities are completed in a timely manner.
    • Follow up with Sales, Operations and Administrative support to correct any errors and to complete necessary Contract tracking activities.
    • Roll out and train any new Contract tracking or Risk initiatives related to contracts to all offices across the company.
    • Ensure all Administration team members who assist with administering and processing Contract documents receive the necessary training and support.
    • Be the SME for all activities related to Contracts, be knowledgeable on all required systems, and be able to communicate well with all Divisions and Departments
    • Ability to work additional time as required.
    • Other duties may be assigned.
    Job Requirements:
    • Bachelor degree preferred, but not required
    • At least 3 years of experience, preferably in a fast-paced construction environment
    • Ability to work independently, and collaboratively in a team
    • Self-start with strong attention to detail
    • Represent the company in a professional manner with good customer service and verbal communication skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
