Job summary
We are seeking a Property Manager at Flaherty & Collins Properties. As a natural leader with a passion for creating outstanding living experiences you will oversee all aspects of property operations including leasing maintenance and resident satisfaction hire train and mentor onsite property team members develop and implement strategies to meet occupancy goals and drive revenue growth build strong relationships with residents manage budgets track financial performance ensure compliance with all policies regulations and safety standards collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic planning and reporting stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings plan and execute events that bring residents together.Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required Certified Apartment Manager CAM preferred You have successfully managed properties before and have a proven track record of keeping operations running smoothly efficiently Youre a people person with excellent communication skills capable of building strong relationships with residents staff alike youre comfortable managing budgets tracking performance metrics spotting opportunities for growth youre tech-savvy confident using property management software OneSite Microsoft Office tools youre the kind of person who sees challenges as opportunities bringing creative solutions to the table.- Health Benefits Medical Vision & Dental Insurance
