Your Role and Responsibilities

The Senior Business Analyst is expected to provide senior program management, business process guidance, as well as Scrum Master and transition support.

They will plan, direct, and coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming.

This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance or higher. Required Technical and Professional Expertise * 8 or more years of program management experience

• Department of Defense (DoD) experience
• Experience with planning/communication of SAP migrations, working with affected business units
• Transition experience with planning, managing, and communicating migration releases/special projects for the stabilization and readiness of production support sustainment teams
• Experience with defect resolution processes
• Testing (UAT) and Testing Strategy Coordination
• Experience with Functional Specification and Project Documentation Review

Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree or related experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree. Must have or be able to obtain a Secret DoD clearance - US citizenship required Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise * 3 years of NAVY ERP experience

• Familiar with Navy and/or DoD IT architectures
• Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix
• Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer handling skills
• Experience in the software development lifecycle in a Tier 2 environment surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, and user acceptance), implementation, and post production support of standard and custom business solutions supporting various SAP modules
