Job DescriptionSUMMARY:
The Manufacturing Technician II will utilize mid-level skills to assemble instrument components, sub-components and top level electro-mechanical assemblies. They will perform fitting/mounting, alignment, adjusting and repairs on parts and equipment. Work is done in conjunction with other specialists and under supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assembles products in accordance with daily / weekly production schedules.
Able to assemble entry-level sub- components and use those components in a top-level instrument assembly.
Perform accurate wiring techniques, including harnessing terminations and connectors.
Follow established work processes, procedures, standards, and methods.
Uses various fixtures, gauges, and assembly tools to assemble, adjust, or repair product.
Perform manufacturing tests and written documentation as the need arises.
Maintain equipment and performs housekeeping duties daily.
Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
Minimum of Accredited High School Diploma or GED
WORK HOURS:
Full-Time; Mon-Fri First Shift, 6:00am- 2:30pm, 6:30 - 3:00pm & 7:00am - 3:30pm.
