    About you

    The Research Coordinator is responsible for working with the Research team and Brokerage team by gathering subject property information, researching and confirming rent and sale comparable data, and updating regional and market area data.

    **This position is a Hybrid position based out of our Dallas, TX (Downtown) Office**

    In this role, you will...
    • Compile and analyze statistical data, including tracking trends and market conditions.
    • Generate space surveys, building profiles, and property comps as requested by advisors
    • Provide market forecasting and trend analysis as appropriate
    • Track market activity using internal and external resources, provide company and industry research using on-line and in-house resources
    • Update regional and market area data
    • Research and gather demographics; tax information, OPEX, and create reports; conduct ownership analysis and reporting.
    • Analyze property information and financials
    • Create and gather maps and demographics
    What you'll bring
    • 2-4 years of relevant Research experience in a professional environment.
    • Comfortable with MS Excel (Above Average)
    • Post-secondary courses in business, economics or working towards a Bachelor's degree in Research or related field.
    • Experience in the commercial real estate sector or a related professional services industry is preferred.
