We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Sales Operations Manager who is responsible for ensuring that internal (Parnell Production and Pet Care Teams) and external customers/stakeholders (livestock producers, small animal clinics, distribution channel partners and key influencers) recognize Parnell as a great business partner who is easy to do business with.
This position will be the engine for driving the process that outlines, identifies, and develops the best way to serve our customer, both internal and external, based on customer needs, a thorough understanding of the customer journey, and the value connected to our current Production Animal and Pet Care portfolios.
The incumbent will possess the skills to lead and collaborate effectively across the company, to align the broader Parnell organization to each product's value proposition and to develop a process that ensures the best way to serve our customers. He/she reports to the VP US Strategic Marketing.
This role will serve as an enabler for Parnell to support our core business in a direct or complementary manner. He/she will play a fundamental role in ensuring that Parnell's customers experience a smooth and seamless process when doing business with our organization. This includes managing our CRM, conducting analyses to identify new ways to simplify customer management, provide support to the Commercial Teams and ensuring organizational knowledge on industry and veterinarian/producer trends.
In this position he/she will be accountable for the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system operation and maintenance for the Production Animal and Pet Care businesses and responsible for managing the assigned budget to ensure proper resource allocation.
What you will do
1. Lead the Parnell Sales Operations Process with clear objectives and expectations, motivating and empowering the Parnell Production Animal and Pet Care teams to execute and deliver to our customer expectations and beyond
2. Maintain CRM platform and provide relevant analytics to Strategic Marketing, Production Animal and Pet Care teams to continuously improve customer experience
3. Track distribution pricing solutions and work to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace
4. Partner with Strategic Marketing and Finance to create and validate marketing program offers
5. Interact and engage across the supply chain and Distribution organizations to understand the changing environment and future needs allowing us to deliver added value and exceed customer expectations
6. Maintain clear understanding of inventory, current demands and future needs to ensure that Parnell delivers on product commitments
7. Along with the Strategic Marketing, Pet Care and Production Animal Teams develop a strategic roadmap for continue improvements throughout the customer experience journey
8. Responsibly invest resources, including Customer Experience budget and service provider resources to generate an adequate return
9. Partner with the US Production Animal and Pet Care Teams to develop and connect strategies that maximize growth and ensure flawless execution of agreed actions in the field and with our distribution partners
10. Ensure proper, timely and consistent training to the Field Team and other internal stakeholders to maximize execution and relevant analytics
11. Provide input, based on the CRM analytics, about planning vs execution looking to maximize the Field Team and US Pet Care customer productivity
12. Assist with managing customer inquiries and communication

Qualifications
Education and Experience
Education:
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
Professional:
• 5+ years of experience related to commercial, marketing, sales, operations or Industry relationship experience required.
• Animal health, pharmaceutical, Technology and/or agricultural experience preferred.
