    Description


    As a DLZP Group Project Manager, you will manage DLZP Group assigned projects while applying project management techniques, including project planning and estimation, project budgeting, staffing, project control, status reporting, and automated project tools.

    Ensure that project management practices, standards, and procedures are adhered to on all projects. Assume ultimate responsibility for the project's success as defined by the project charter and approved change requests. This position requires the ability to manage multiple projects and link those projects to business initiatives.

    Familiarity with all software development life cycle aspects and expertise in utilizing software implementation methodology based on industry best practices.

    Responsibilities Lead the application and business process consulting associated with the project. Manage and coordinate all resources involved in the project with the software implementation and upgrade. Manage the client relationship for DLZP Group and support new business development activities. Use structured implementation methodology, manage project risks, manage project administration. Effectively track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns via status reports and communication to management. Participate in the sales cycle when requested to gather requirements, formulate delivery approach and develop a proposal/SOW. Ensure projects are properly planned and staffed.

    Work with the client project manager to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframes Assist in the transition of the customer from professional services to product support Ensure the project is delivered within the budget outlined in the SOW Qualifications Minimum of five years of ERP or SaaS implementation leadership experience.

    Strong skill in time management, work plan management, documentation, and communication. Strong skill in handling multiple priorities in a complex environment. Previous full life-cycle implementation experience with applicable software product is required.

    Have excellent interpersonal skills, be strong and effective communicator who can persuade and influence others and possess the ability to interact with all levels of an organization.

    PMI Certification a plus 4 year degree and/or equivalent business experience

    Must be a U.S. Citizen and U.S. based.
