    Responsibilities:

    • Becoming part of our store's leadership team as we ensure crew members Wow customers through personal contact trains them on delivering fast friendly check out experiences.
    • Overseeing daily activities of store associates ensuring they perform duties effectively provide excellent customer service manage inventory restock shelves maintain visual merchandising standards create engaging shopping experiences drive sales and maintain expenses monitor stock levels process returns handle damaged or defective merchandise operate cash registers accurately accept payments reconcile discrepancies resolve issues identify opportunities for improvement enhance overall customer satisfaction.
