- Provide daily maintenance support for production equipment.
- Handle preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair/rebuild of equipment.
- Identify the root causes of machine failures and address them.
- Maintain and upgrade equipment documentation, particularly electrical.
- Register inspection results into appropriate forms and QAPV software.
- Communicate and work with CI and Process Engineer to keep the defect catalog updated.
- Report nonconformity issues to help enhance the efficiency of manufacturing assemblers.
- Ensure manufacturing documentation and data are correct by checking shop traveler, drawings, and database.
- Audit production processes, finished products, and work-in-process.
- Participate in problem-solving meetings.
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong math skills; Ability to perform unit conversions
- Ability to occasionally lift up 25-50 pounds
