    Position: Facility Maintenance Coordinator

    Location: Renton , WA

    Pay: $23/hr to $27/hr, depending on experience

    Experience: Previous manufacturing experience required; Fiber Optic and Copper manufacturing experience desired

    Education: N/A

    Type: Full-time; Temp to Perm; When hired full-time, associates are eligible to receive health benefits, 401k match of 4%, and bonuses

    Logic Staffing is seeking a Facility Maintenance Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team

    Job Description:
    • Provide daily maintenance support for production equipment.
    • Handle preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair/rebuild of equipment.
    • Identify the root causes of machine failures and address them.
    • Maintain and upgrade equipment documentation, particularly electrical.
    • Register inspection results into appropriate forms and QAPV software.
    • Communicate and work with CI and Process Engineer to keep the defect catalog updated.
    • Report nonconformity issues to help enhance the efficiency of manufacturing assemblers.
    • Ensure manufacturing documentation and data are correct by checking shop traveler, drawings, and database.
    • Audit production processes, finished products, and work-in-process.
    • Participate in problem-solving meetings.
    Position Requirements:
    • Microsoft Office proficiency
    • Strong math skills; Ability to perform unit conversions
    • Ability to occasionally lift up 25-50 pounds
