    Residential Installation Technician Role

    • Work with customers to assess their needs and recommend suitable security systems.
    • Install and test equipment to ensure optimal performance and signal reception.
    • Offer solutions tailored to each customer's preferences and location requirements.
    • Suggest enhancements to improve system functionality and user experience.
    • Prioritize safety measures to prevent accidents and property damage.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization at job sites and office locations.
    • Support other tasks as necessary to uphold the company's vision, mission, and values.

    Qualifications

    • Customer-centric approach
    • Technical proficiency
    • Effective verbal communication skills
    • Ability to navigate uncertainty confidently
    • Valid driver's license
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Background in Electronic Trade School is a bonus
