- Provide leadership guidance coaching to a diverse team of workplace facility managers ensuring the successful execution of workplace operations experience needs including the IFM programs across multiple America West sites.
- Be a thought leader develop implement new improved standards processes to drive culture innovation continuous improvement elevate the workplace experience for locations under management replicate at other sites where applicable.
