Job Description

We are seeking Machine Operators to manufacture or modify high quality tight tolerance tooling and/or machined parts to meet company or customer drawing requirements. There are openings on both first and third shifts.

Job Duties:

Manufacture or modify tooling and/or machined parts in a manner that is faster and cheaper than can be achieved by using an outside source
Keep machines and work area clean and organized
Recommending tools, supplies, and new machinery
Perform all other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

Must have General Machine experience
Must have a thorough knowledge of manual lathes and mills and stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, and other types of materials used
Must have the ability to setup and use many different types of machines, saws, and equipment
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings; CAD skills preferred
Must have the ability to duplicate or copy existing product without drawing
Must be able to make and inspect threads using many types of inspection gauges
Must possess own hand tools, lift over 50 pounds, able to work well with others, and is comfortable standing for long intervals
Must be safety-conscious with the ability to follow all company rules and regulations
