Description

Responsibilities:

Builds working relationships with customer representatives, project staff, and subcontractor representatives
Creates accurate safety reports and accident investigation documents
Leads and participates in safety training and subcontractor development
Represents company in a positive and professional manner with the customer and subcontractors
Creates and facilitates safety training and orientations aligned with project specifics and schedules
Participates in safety organizations outside of the company and in assigned region
Ensures compliance with the companys current safety manual, policies, and expectations
Develops and maintains the site Safety Execution Plan (SEP) and facilitates annual reviews.
Engages in cross-site activities including cross audit opportunities with regional or area managers.

Requirements:

OSHA 30 required, or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in safety and health processes
Industrial, Manufacturing and Construction experience preferred

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Senior Software Engineer to be based at our Dallas office. This individual contributor role will work as part of our platform engineering team.

This role requires hands-on development in addition to architecting and designing high-performance systems.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated development skill with server-side languages such as C#, C++, and a strong desire to develop high-quality software.

Responsibilities include:

Develop and enhance features/performance aspects of o9 GraphCube Server and Big Data integrations.
Architecting and designing high-performance systems.
Responding to service desk escalations and ticket assignments; working efficiently towards resolution.
Monitoring server and infrastructure applications

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

M.S. degree in Computer Science or a related technical field highly preferred, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field required
7+ years of work or education in database systems or scale-out architectures
Experience with architectural patterns of large scale, highly-scale-able, fault-tolerant databases
Rigor in high code quality, automated testing, and other engineering best practices
Strong programming experience in C#
Strong knowledge/experience in Cloud technologies such as Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS required
