    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.

    We are excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and skilled Staff Pharmacist at our community-focused pharmacy in Columbia, Maryland. This full-time position offers a consistent schedule comprising four 10-hour shifts per week, providing our staff with an excellent work-life balance while ensuring our community receives outstanding pharmaceutical care.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications.
    • Conduct thorough medication reviews and health consultations to ensure safety and efficacy of all prescribed regimens.
    • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and treatment outcomes.
    • Manage inventory to ensure an adequate supply of medications, including placing orders and monitoring stock levels.
    • Provide immunizations and other health screenings as needed.
    • Educate patients on over-the-counter medications, health and wellness strategies, and the proper use of prescribed medications.
    • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
    • Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure quality and efficiency in all aspects of pharmacy operations.

    Shift:

    • Tuesday - Friday: hour shifts.
    • Day Shift

    Qualifications:

    • Pharmacy experience.
    • Maryland Pharmacy license.
