    We look forward to your thirst for learning, developing, and growing with our team. Position Summary This St-Louis based company is currently seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to support its Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) functions.

    This role will be responsible for working across functions to drive improved financial reporting, forecasting, analytics, and M&A support for the organization.

    Requirements

    Requirements / Qualifications

    3-5 years of Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Development or Mergers & Acquisition support work
    Demonstrated experience in financial modeling.
    Working knowledge of applicable finance/accounting principles
    Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    Main Job Tasks And Responsibilities


    Develop accurate monthly reporting packages for Senior leaders providing visibility to actual performance and focus on understanding variances to the budget and forecast.

    Create relevant key performance indications to drive a better understanding of the business.

    Drive the monthly forecasting cadence across the organization and build simple and effective analytical tools to enable better trend analysis.

    Develop an efficient, collaborative annual budgeting cycle incorporating input from all business partners.

    Support financial and business due diligence on potential acquisition targets and support day-to-day diligence functions including management of external data room, meeting / call logistics coordination, and external advisor discussions.

    Collaborate with groups across the organization to support M&A integration efforts, including organizational documents and spreadsheets that detail specific diligence/integration tasks, responsibilities, timelines, and milestones.

    Help research the industry landscape to further develop and manage the M&A pipeline, including assigning in outreach to acquisition targets.

    Assist with presentations to executive team and the board of directors.
    Work closely with Chief Financial Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and divisional financial and operational leaders
    Various other standard and ad hoc projects and initiatives, as required.
