- Review client coverages and suggest changes for optimal service
- Assist clients with coverage modifications and service requests
- Inform clients about policy updates and coverage needs
- Handle claims assistance and follow-ups
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Contribute to sales efforts by offering additional coverages
- Process incoming requests and maintain documentation
- Stay updated on insurance industry changes
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of personal lines insurance experience
- Michigan Property & Casualty License preferred
- Knowledge of agency management systems
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong communication and customer service skills

We are currently seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team.
Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support to clients, meeting sales and service standards set by the personal lines department, and handling various other duties as assigned.
