    Description
    *Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
    • Coordinates the workflow activities of Warehouse personnel to include GP Process monitoring and compliance, maintaining the integrity of all required Receiving, Shipping, and blend pulling processes, and other duties as assigned.
    • Monitor and evaluate the KPIs established for the Warehouse team coupled with clear and timely communication of the resulting trends and performance to goals. Identify process improvements to reach and maintain positive KPI's.
    • Ability to perform all warehouse job functions (Shipping, Raw Material and Finished Goods Receiving, Blend Pulling, Pick Ticket generation) to fill in when needed or to assist warehouse personnel.
    • Coordinate and implement solutions which involve the production, warehouse, customer service and quality assurance departments.
    • Facilitate inventory movements within the warehouse to maximize storage abilities and workflow processes.
    • Review and suggest process/procedural improvements which apply streamlining principles that lead to manufacturing, storing, receiving and shipping quality products.
    • Conduct yourself in accordance with company policies and procedures.
    • Participate and track Warehouse processes and procedures.
    • Responsible for enforcing scheduling to include work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations (start/end times).
    • Communicate with Supervisors, Leads, Managers, Sales, Customer Service, and operational employees.
    • Assist Quality Assurance in all needs to maintain SQF certification.
    Degree Requirements

    • At least 2 years of direct business experience in Production, Packaging and/or Warehousing.
    • 2-year college degree preferred.
    • Supervisory experience preferred.
    • Knowledge of office processes, procedures, and ERP technology. Experience in coordinating projects and team activities using ERP systems.
    • Ability to track Key Performance Indicators and enforce/follow monitoring methods to improve upon KPIs.
    • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, a sense of urgency and the ability to accept accountability.
