    Job DescriptionDescriptionWill-Mor Manufacturing is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer for our 1st shift

    Will-Mor Manufacturing is a fast-paced and quickly growing precision CNC Manufacturer specializing in complex, tight-tolerance parts in the defense and aerospace industries. Here at Will-Mor, we take pride in manufacturing difficult parts in support of our war fighters, and we take satisfaction in knowing that many of our products are in jet engines all over the world. In business since 1952, Will-Mor has grown to be a go-to supplier for many of the country's largest OEMs, and as we continue to grow, we are looking to add motivated team members to the organization.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Programming 3, 4 & 5 axis CNC Lathes (live tooling).
    • Fixture and tool design.
    • Create and define the manufacturing process.
    • Develop 2D process drawings, work instructions, tool lists, operation sheets and "shop floor" inspection methodology.
    • Trouble shoot and assist set-up personnel of complex prototype and production parts.


    Skills Knowledge and Expertise
    • 5 years min experience CNC programming.
    • 5 years min experience using the latest revision of Cad Cam programing software (NX preferred).
    • 5 years min experience CNC machining for complex parts.
    • Excellent blueprint reading skill & thorough understanding of GD&T.
    • Experienced with metrology tools % processes for part inspection.
    • Experience G code programming at the machine control.
    • Good communication skills, math skills and attention to detail.
    • Self-Starter / Self-Motivated / Flexible.
    • Reliable and dependable.
    • Positive customer-focused attitude.
    • Enjoys fast pace and rapidly changing environment.
    • Honest with good integrity.
    • Professional demeanor and respectful to people in all situations.
    • Flexible and willing to help others as needs and tasks change often.
    • Team player.
    • Works in an office and machine shop environment.
    • May on a continuous basis walk, bend and lift 40lbs.
    • Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed.
    • Must Meet ITAR requirements.
