    Executive Leadership Opportunity: Drive Growth of a Private Equity-Backed Acquisition

    Are you a seasoned executive seeking capital backing to acquire and then lead a company you have identified as your next career step? We are an investment bank specializing in your scenario. Merger Partners' Sniper Process is the best way to swiftly secure your best-fit private equity backer, providing capital to acquire your target company, granting you an equity stake, and empowering you to lead its growth through strategic acquisitions.

    We're looking for:

    A. You, a visionary corporate leader with a proven track record, having identified an acquisition target you are qualified to lead, and for which you have a growth and/or operational improvement strategy. Be motivated by both the equity stake you'll be granted and the opportunity to showcase your capabilities.

    B. You, an entrepreneur, founder, CEO or company owner who has successfully grown a privately-held company and ready to monetize some of your success while positioning your company for accelerated growth and your exit-transaction down the road, with the right capital partner. (If you are ready for an exit now, we can help identify the right successive leader to facilitate the transaction and maximize your valuation, with the right buyer).

    C. You, an executive leading a division within a larger company (General Manager, President, or CEO) and prepared to lead a spin-off. Sell the division to a financial partner who will provide you an equity stake and the capital needed for growth through strategic acquisitions.

    Target Company Criteria:


    • Privately held, or a spin off from a private or public company, with at least $2 million EBITDA / greater than $6 million sales, with no real upper limits


    • Control transactions; no early-stage or venture capital


    • For fragmented industry segments, a buy and build with add-on acquisition focus is a plus


    • Diverse industries with value-added components and growth potential


    • No turnarounds or distressed companies


    • No oil and gas exploration or real estate

    We are open to acquiring two or more companies simultaneously to achieve the necessary scale.
