Job description
Paradise Auto Care is a premium auto detailing and vehicle protection studio serving the Temecula Valley. We specialize in high-quality detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, and long-term vehicle care.We are currently hiring one detailer — either an experienced Technician or a high-potential Apprentice — based on fit, work ethic, and alignment with our standards.
This is not a slow, casual, or "just a job" position.
We are building a long-term team of disciplined, driven professionals who want to grow a real career.

Detailing experience is preferred but not required.
If you are highly coachable, disciplined, and motivated, we are willing to train the right person.
Role Options (Based on Experience): Detailer Technician (Experienced):
- Independently perform detailing services.
- Maintain high quality and efficiency.
- Communicate professionally with clients.
- Pass quality control inspections consistently.
Detailer Apprentice (Entry-Level):
- Part-time, probationary training role.
- Assist with detailing services under supervision.
- Learn SOPs, tools, and techniques.
- Must demonstrate urgency, effort, and attention to detail to advance.
Schedule & Pay
- Paid per day (starting rate equivalent to ~$19/hr and up to $23/hr).
- Opportunity to finish early when work is completed correctly.
- Performance bonuses available (post-training).
- Clear path to full-time and higher-level roles.
