    EFCO LLCPosition SummaryThe Quality Engineer be responsible for the development and deployment of quality plans to ensure the production of products consistent with design and established quality standards.

    The QA Engineer will report to the Operations Quality Manager.

    ResponsibilitiesOperations QualityDevelopment and deployment of a quality assurance plan for their assigned areas of responsibilityOversee a system of process and product audit to ensure compliance to standardsLead Root Cause and Corrective Action activities for product/process defects related to assigned area of responsibilityInteract with the customer facing Quality organization as needed.

    Utilizes customer quality data to guide process improvement effortsSupport the containment and analysis of Supplier Quality issues aligned with the AFS Supplier Quality LeadSupport the containment and analysis of Supplier Quality issues aligned with the AFS Supplier Quality LeadParticipate in continuous improvement activity in assigned areas of responsibilityAssist in implementation of the Quality Management System within AFSExperience & SkillsExperience:
    Bachelor's Degree in related fieldMinimum 3 years' experience in a quality assurance or technical field

    Required Skills:
    Working knowledge of quality management tools such as root cause analysisAbility to read drawingsStrong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

    Preferred Skills:
