Day-to-day interaction with Editors on deliveries, quality and productivity
Day-to-day interaction with Editors on deliveries, quality and productivity
Research and make edits for complex issues from a variety of sources.
Respond to queries from editing staff.
Prepare weekly digest of team deliverables and pressing issues for review.
Escalate tooling issues to the Consultant Project Manager.
Perform RCAs of data / process gaps when needed.
Track productivity of editing staff and take corrective action as needed.
Brief Client on editing and quality initiatives, and other topics as needed.
Meet Quality, SLA and Productivity expectati ons.
Hold periodic reviews as needed for the function.
