C Squared Systems, LLC is an RF engineering, consulting, and software development company specializing in providing services for seamless wireless coverage from RF analysis to design and implementation of DAS systems and Wi-Fi networks to remote monitoring and management of complex multi-vendor environments. Site Portal, a customizable Web-based software, was engineered by C Squared Systems to remotely monitor and manage these complex multi-vendor environments.

Since 1999, C Squared Systems has executed turnkey in-building wireless solutions using state-of-the-art analysis tools to deliver RF solutions that exceed project scope and customer expectations. Our experience, technical expertise, and diverse projects in the wireless realm have allowed C Squared Systems to continually evolve as new technologies are developed and the demands of our customers change.

Warehouse Associate

Location: Clifton, NJ

Level: Hourly/Some Experience Required/Non-Manager

The Warehouse Associate performs a variety of duties in shipping, receiving, issuing, handling and accounting for inventory stock.

Hours are typically Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:30PM (subject to change based on business needs)

This role may require frequent travel within New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

Primary Responsibilities:

Issues supplies, materials and equipment to C Squared Employees; manually pre-picks stock items from multi-level racking which are specified in Work Order documents, in advance for issuance to field crews; completes all necessary paperwork for stock items issued.
Receives delivered supplies, materials, and equipment; confirms that delivered goods match purchase order specifications of quantity, condition, model number, etc.; completes all necessary paperwork for stock items received.
Utilizes computer system to properly account for inventory
Conducts weekly cycle counts.
Participation in year end inventory audit.
Organizes and maintains warehouse area for efficient storage and handling of material
Maintains a clean and safe facility environment (building wide)
Operates forklift and other necessary vehicles and equipment
Provides delivery of materials to job sites throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
Assists with vehicle maintenance on an as needed basis.
Assists with daily checks/maintaining of test equipment.

Skills/Qualifications:

High School diploma and one (1) year experience in a computer aided warehousing operation, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient email communicator and experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
One (1) year experience in forklift operation.
Must possess a valid Driver License.
Must be able to obtain OSHA required Forklift Certification within four months after date of hire.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Working knowledge of inventory control practices; working knowledge of tools, supplies, and equipment including computer terminal operation.
Considerable knowledge of hazards and safety precautions relating to equipment operation, loading and unloading of materials.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and vendors; ability to organize items by broad and specific classifications.
