- Manage the entire recruitment process, including creating job postings, sourcing resumes, conducting interviews, and maintaining an applicant tracking system.
- Collect and evaluate data using valuable metrics, including employee demographics and EEO data.
- Handle semi-monthly payroll and benefits administration, including monthly billing, audits, and enrollments.
- Lead the onboarding and offboarding process, including new hire orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Address inquiries related to P&C matters.
- Support team member engagement and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Assist with performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure P&C compliance.
- Participate in P&C-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
- A minimum of two years of experience in human resources or related administrative positions is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong experience with Applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
