    Your Role: Key Responsibilities


    As a valued member of our team, you will:

    • Manage Your Personal Training Business: Build and maintain an active client base while managing your schedule effectively.
    • Market Your Services: Promote personal training programs through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
    • Enhance Member Experience: Conduct fitness assessments, guided workouts, and create personalized programs for clients, both in-person and virtually.
    • Maintain a Safe Environment: Keep the fitness floor organized and safe during your shifts.
    • Invest in Your Growth: Attend continuing education classes and participate in team meetings to elevate your skills.

    What We're Looking For: Qualifications

    • Current Personal Training certification or a willingness to obtain one through our reimbursement program.
    • Current CPR/AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants).
    • A passion for fitness, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends.
    • Basic computer skills and a friendly, energetic demeanor.
