Job Summary:
Provides a vital role in the laboratory. The primary responsibility is to provide accurate and timely results and to provide the best care for our patients.

The Medical Lab Technician must be able to provide various testing in the area of chemistry, hematology, coagulation, bacteriology, serology, urinalysis and blood banking.

Education/Experience:
Associates degree as a Medical Laboratory Technician or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school required.
Six months to one year related experience and/or training preferred.


Licenses/Certificates:
Certification as Medical Laboratory Technician from the ASCP or AMT required.
