    PAY RANGE
    The Target Pay Range for this position is $130,200-$159,200 annually. The full Pay Range is $101,100-$188,300 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    Strategic Product Leadership:
    Take the helm in crafting and executing acquisition, engagement, and growth strategies for our products. Your role is to create a compelling annual roadmap, blending the right mix of products, pricing, and market tactics. Develop a strong knowledge of the company's products, services, policies, procedures, and culture.


    Product Lifecycle Management:
    Navigate our products from inception to sunset with savvy.

    You'll map out the journey, ensuring each product thrives in its lifecycle, making data-driven calls on new market opportunities, and ensuring our offerings align with our brand and financial goals.

    Perform portfolio management and pricing.


    Market Analysis & Positioning:
    Your sharp assessment of the competitive landscape will forge our product positioning strategy. Stay ahead by interpreting economic and regulatory shifts, discerning threats, and seizing opportunities to keep us moving forward. Provide business and competitive analytics.


    Collaborative Innovation:
    You're the captain of a cross-functional team, guiding collaborative efforts to hit our business targets. Dive into member and market research to pinpoint our audience and the most effective marketing mix.

    Adapt to rapidly changing work priorities and put your exceptional cross-functional team leadership, relationship building, influence and negotiation skills to use.


    Operational Integration & Advocacy:
    Your in-depth grasp of our operational plans will be key to achieving our collective ambitions.

    Coordinate with marketing for product promotions and be our ambassador at industry events, all while keeping the lines of communication open within our Credit Union family for a seamless pursuit of excellence.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related area, or equivalent work or educational experience.
    Minimum of 7 years of experience Product or Brand management experience.
    Minimum of 7 years of experience creating Product/Marketing plans.
    Experience in product management or retail sales in a financial institution.
    Experience working with payments, such as

    Zelle, bill pay, digital wallets, wires, ACH, real-time payments, international remittances.


    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    Ability to collect pertinent data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions as well as formulate ideas and recommendations.
    Ability to successfully define and launch products.
    Agile experience as a product manager or owner.
