Job DescriptionSalary: $23.00We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The primary function of the Maintenance Tech is to maintain the individual's homes by completing routine and preventative maintenance. Ideal applicants will be a "jack of all trades," with basic knowledge about a variety of home maintenance and repair needs, an excellent problem-solver, mechanically-inclined, and great communication skills.
Applicants should have basic knowledge in most of the following areas:

Physical Requirements
Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, walk, and/or sit for long periods of time; climb a ladder; stand on a roof; enter crawl spaces or attics on stomach or hunched down; team lift 100 pounds; drive for duration of 2+ hours; operate a mower and/or other lawn equipment for extended hours; work outside in freezing temperatures or very hot temperatures.
