We're looking for a senior associate or counsel attorney to join our Tax + Exempt Organizations group at any of our East Coast offices.

You should have at least seven years' experience counseling exempt organizations on structure, formation, and charitable gift planning. Experience with tax structuring, business entity formation, and representing clients before regulatory agencies is essential. Strong academic credentials and large-firm experience are required.
