    Job Summary

    We're seeking a skilled Repair Technician (Guitar) to join our team. As a key member of our store staff, you'll provide top-notch maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments and assist with inventory management.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide exceptional customer service by being approachable, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping customers find their perfect instrument.
    • Maintain and repair guitars to the highest standards, ensuring excellent workmanship and quality.

    • Train new team members effectively, communicating complex information and techniques in an engaging and retained manner.

    Requirements

    • Fundamental understanding of guitar repair and maintenance.
    • Detailed knowledge of Guitar Center products and services.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
