    • You will operate electrical test equipment (e.g., voltage detectors, multimeters) to determine the presence of electrical energy
    • You will conduct visual inspections and operational tests to determine the need for maintenance or repair work.
    • You will lay out job systems and components from blueprints and sketches in compliance with federal, state, and local codes.
    • You will follow instructions specified in work orders to perform maintenance and repair work

    The Screen-out Element for this position is: ABILITY TO DO THE WORK OF THE POSITION WITHOUT MORE THAN NORMAL SUPERVISION
    1) Using masonry methods and techniques and skill in constructing, installing, repairing, and modifying structures
    2) Producing finished products with precise fits, accurate dimensions, structural soundness, and finished appearance
    3) Having skills in the operation of general and precision carpentry and woodworking equipment, to include powered and hand tools, to produce products with precise fits, accurate dimensions, and acceptable appearance
