Job summary
The Family Support Partner utilizes their experience of raising a child with severe emotional and/or behavioral health challenges to assist parents with similar challenges. This provides an empathetic link to the parent through which the Family Support Partner supports and extends the work of the HFW facilitator to ensure the phases and activities, principles and theory of change are accomplished.The role involves providing support and information to parents/caregivers about Pinebrook Family Answers and the HFW program.
