YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As a full- or part-time Administrative Assistant, you'll ensure smooth functionality and exceptional service delivery. From managing recruitment processes and conducting employee orientations to resolving customer complaints and supervising administrative tasks, your day is exciting. You'll also play a vital role in creating a positive work environment by providing guidance to staff, handling payroll records, overseeing purchases, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally, you'll coordinate preventive maintenance, attend operational meetings, and assist in large function scheduling.

WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT?

• 1+ year(s) of administrative experience
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Three or more years of experience as a lead server is preferred but not required.
