Lodestar Consulting is currently seeking multiple full-time Oracle EBS Trainers at all levels to join our team in support of the Air Force. This role will support end-to-end training design and development, working with SMEs to understand the training objectives, curriculum and assessments in order to apply dynamic adult learning principles to training courses. These roles will help to execute the development of e-learning self-paced training modules and supporting resources for classroom instruction

This shall involve, but is not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining and reviewing the technical requirements for the application, including security, integration, and quality requirements
• Documenting training requirements with the client
• Executing training strategy
• Designing and developing a variety of training products including e-learning training modules, job aids, videos, classroom materials, etc.
• Support the Learning/Training Lead by designing, developing and deploying the training and performance support materials

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Trainer
• Knowledge and experience with training content development
• Knowledge and experience in Change management
• Knowledge of Articulate Storyline 360
• Organizational skills to include familiarity with Agile methodology
• Research skills: Document training requirements and develop

Desired Skills:

• Experience providing Instructor-led Training (ILT)
• Experience performing training support
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Experience with content authoring tools: Camtasia, SnipIt, SnagIt, etc.
• Familiarity with 508 Compliant processes

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

Security Clearance:

• Must have an Active DoD Secret Security Clearance (requires U.S. Citizenship).
