Job Summary:
As the SAP Programme Manager/Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end SAP and digital transformation projects within the life sciences domain.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring the successful delivery of complex solutions while effectively managing and engaging with C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Lead and manage high-impact SAP and digital transformation projects for key clients in the life sciences sector, from initiation to successful completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Stakeholder Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and expectations, and effectively communicate project progress and outcomes.
Client Engagement:
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and leveraging your deep understanding of SAP solutions and the life sciences industry to drive value-added recommendations.
Team Coordination:
Oversee project teams, ensuring effective collaboration, resource allocation, and fostering a positive work environment that promotes productivity and professional growth.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with client requirements, regulatory guidelines, and industry best practices.
Capability Development:
Work across multiple communities within Tenthpin to ensure that the company continues to grow with its high calibre and innovative market position.

Requirements:

Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering end-to-end SAP and digital transformation projects within the life sciences sector for multiple years.
Strong understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation, with expertise in the life sciences industry being highly advantageous.

Demonstrable experience in effectively managing and engaging with C-level stakeholders, earning their trust and buy-in for strategic initiatives.
·
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve outstanding results.
·
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.

Flexibility to travel as needed to meet client needs.

Previous experience in a management consulting firm or a similar client-facing role.
