Insight Global is seeing an Oracle Application Architect to join one of our top financial clients. This individual will be sitting out of Jersey City, NJ, 3x week.

The individual in this role on a day-to-day basis will spend 40% of their time designing the database objects and functions, 40% developing, building, and enhancing the current Oracle PLSQL environment, and the remaining 20% attending agile meetings and project related meetings.

The ideal candidate for this position will be extremely well versed in Oracle PLSQL and ideally have been involved in projects where they are upgrading and/or integrating existing environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-10 years of recent experience as an Architect developing complex business functions in Oracle PLSQL.
• Strong recent experience designing database objects and functions.
• Strong recent experience debugging and enhancing PLSQL Code.
• Strong recent experience with STATSPACK (an Oracle Performance Tuning Tool).
• Must have experience from a large enterprise environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience wiwth Oracle cloud.
• Experience with Oracle Financial R12.
• Financial experience.
