    Procore is looking for aProfessional Services Solutions Consultantto play an integral role in supporting the sale of Procore's Professional Services.

    You'll leverage your deep experience scoping software implementations, as well as your knowledge in SaaS to inspire customer confidence in the value of our Professional Services.

    As part of a growing team, you'll scope, prescribe, and sell Professional Services offerings for clients and prospective clients to drive adoption and services revenue.


    As a successfulProfessional Services Solutions Consultant, you'll serve as the critical link between commitments made during the sales cycle and the delivery of the services.

    You'll help prospects architect best practice strategies that address specific customer business needs that are practical to implement and easy to service.


    This position reports to the Manager, Professional Services, and may work remotely or be based out of our Austin, New York, or Carpinteria offices.

    We're looking for someone to join us immediately.


    What you'll do:
    Uncover potential business opportunities with customer prospects through client discovery, researching and understanding prospects' go-to-market strategies, and identifying potential solution hypotheses and value drivers of our Professional Services

    Propose Professional Services solutions that transform the business and organizational culture of prospective customers, highlighting features and benefits

    Assist Sales on new business opportunities by building proposals for RFPs, supporting sales meetings, designing and scoping services solutions for clients and prospects

    Own SOW and Addendum creation by being an expert on Procore's technology and by representing the interests of customers and the Professional Services team

    Play a leading role in the development of the services team as we scale, including process, people, and technology while building relationships with key members of the organization

    Lead cross-functional initiatives, e.g., with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales departments

    Deliver quality, engaging and strategic sales presentations with a clear, strong value message

    Continually search for ways to improve services offerings and the methods by which customers are supported by Procore through our services


    What we're looking for:
    Bachelor's degree is preferred

    2+ years of Enterprise Software Implementation and/or Scoping experience with a focus on technology consulting, project management, or customer management

    Relevant experience working in Sales in one or more of the following areas: prescribing services related to upselling, cross-selling, change orders, or solution best practices

    Excellent business and technical presentation skills, communication (oral & written), and relationship-building skills, across all levels of management

    Current experience with presenting services options and SOWs to clients virtually and in-person

    Ability to apply strategic thinking and demonstrate an understanding of requirements to execute and make decisions guided by policies, procedures, and business plans with limited guidance

    RFP and/or proposal writing experience preferred
