    Acute stroke and stat consultation focus, acute consults per shift

    Coverage is tailored to the physician's skillset

    Flexible scheduling options

    Mix of emergent and nonemergent cases: must be okay with stroke coverage

    Support from on-site NPs, PAs, and medical assistants
