    JOB SUMMARY

    The Infrastructure Manager position is a critical leadership position within the Banks IT organization. Responsible for owning all activities for server and network infrastructure, supporting information security. Leads other IT professionals and drives operational stability through continuous process improvement, proactive planning, capacity management, monitoring, incident, and problem resolution. Plans prioritizes, translates, communicates, and implements the broader business strategy at the department level, defined by the Chief Information Officer. May report out to the Board of Directors as needed on behalf of the Chief Information Officer. The successful candidate will be strong technically, have a robust process management background, and be able to help drive a more effective and efficient IT organization fostering a culture of inclusivity and a growth mindset.

    DUTIES

    • essential IT infrastructure, email servers, firewalls, routers, switches, data and machine backups, MDM, virtual desktops, virtual servers, VoIP, SD-WAN, and SharePoint.
    • the Banks overall IT strategic plan through the delivery of technology solutions that meet the goals of the business.
    • define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and related processes.
    • to security incidents and breaches. Collaborate to ensure timely identification, containment, and resolution of security incidents.
    • the adoption of tools, frameworks, and best practices to strengthen security posture.
    • the identification, assessment, and prioritization of security vulnerabilities across our systems, networks, and applications. Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards.
    • project roadmap in alignment with the Banks long-term strategy.
    • the execution of IT initiatives as well as ensure consistent implementation of standards and guidelines across all sites, including Security & Compliance and Hardware Asset Management best practices.
    • to and help administer the Banks Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan.
    • the coordination, collaboration, and communications with key stakeholders related to IT issues and outages impacting production processes through resolution.
    • up with new technology in the industry and act as a thought leader on emerging digital trends related to technology operations.
    • troubleshoot and maintain network (LAN, WAN and wireless) multiplexers, hubs and routers, and use remote monitoring tools.
    • data backups, data retention, password compliance, permissions, and other security measures to protect the bank from unauthorized user access and data destruction.

    • extensive experience in Microsoft 365 within a cloud environment.
    • implementing and supporting VMware vSphere Foundation or Dell VxRail Hyper-converged Infrastructure.
    • implementing and supporting Veeam Backup & Replication with Azure.
    • implementing and supporting IT infrastructure and end-user operations using Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
    • Infrastructure and Domain Administration: DNS, DHCP, Account Management, Group Policy.
    • building and optimizing IT and data infrastructure, architecture, and design within a colocation environment or on premise.
    • performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • EDUCATION: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or other related field. Banking experience preferred. Network, infrastructure, and/or project management-related certifications a plus.
    • EXPERIENCE: A minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible IT experience, which must include at least six (6) years of IT infrastructure experience in a combination of risk management, information security, and systems infrastructure troubleshooting and support. 3+ years of leadership with direct people management. 5+ years of Microsoft platform experience, including Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, M365, O365, and AZURE. Local Area Network (LAN) configurations including firewalls, switches, routers, and access points.

    SKILLS/ABILITIES

    • Able to support and maintain Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (Citrix) for operations.
    • Hands-on experience with Software-Defined Wide Area Networking (SD-WAN) technologies including Aruba, Fortinet, Silver Peak, or Versa.
    • Windows operating systems (Servers / PCs) troubleshooting.
    • In-depth experience with maintaining data center applications and migration of applications to the Cloud.
    • Highest-level troubleshooting specialist who can resolve issues within SLA times.
    • Lead an incident call and look at the problem from an IT environment level, not just a system level.
    • Empower individuals to drive towards a goal of having a best-in-class Infrastructure and Security environment.
    • Establish and execute a vision of proactive operational support processes and methods.
    • A proven track record of partnering across organizational boundaries to deliver business results.
    • Manage the communication loop to drive continuous process improvement.
