    Description


    The Regional Logistics Coordinator Facilitates the implementation of the FCBH program by overseeing the transportation of device orders across a specified global region. Coordinates the preparation and processing of required legal documentation for shipments while employing various strategies and procedures to ensure efficient and cost-effective order fulfillment. Serves as point of contact and liaison between carriers, customs agents, and Global Partnership coordinators for all matters pertaining to shipments within the assigned area of responsibility. This position is located in and reports to the Albuquerque office.
    1. Facilitates and streamlines the shipping process for all device orders across a designated global region.
    2. Works closely with Global Partners Coordinators to effectively communicate shipment objectives and expectations.
    3. Acts as the primary liaison for carriers, customs clearing agents, and partners to ensure punctual and precise deliveries.
    4. Prepares and process all required legal documentation for government agencies and freight forwarders to accomplish pre-compliance, shipping, and customs clearance.
    5. Maintains accurate and detailed records of order fulfillment within FCBH database systems.
    6. Coordinates with various production facilities to enable seamless order processing.
    7. Implements shipping strategies aimed at upholding quality standards and ensuring partner satisfaction.
    8. Assesses quotations from freight forwarders to make informed decisions that optimize cost-efficiency and shipment timelines.
    9. Determines appropriate incoterms and points-of-origin for assigned shipments in alignment with established guidelines and procedures.
    10. Monitors shipments closely and collaborates directly with logistics partners to swiftly address any issues or delays.
    11. Verifies successful delivery of orders to end-users.
    12. Provides support for internal hospitality initiatives at Faith Comes By Hearing, as well as assist with logistics tasks as necessary.
    Requirements

    Required:
    1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    2. Experience and skill in interacting cross culturally
    3. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
    4. High capacity to learn and internalize specific procedures and processes.
    5. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    6. Competency in preparing and executing product orders, shipments, and legal documents
    7. Excellent organization and ability to multi-task and process large volumes of information
    8. Team player, vision and mission-focused
    9. Learning attitude, servant heart, and flexible
    Preferred:
    1. 2 to 3 years' experience in job related to order processing and/or shipping
    2. Proficiency using ERP and Workflow systems, especially NetSuite and
