    Job Summary:


    The Assistant Operations Manager will play a key role in supporting the Director of Agents Operations in overseeing and managing the daily operations of Legal Soft's staffing services.

    This role will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth operations, providing support to agents, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Assist the Director of Agents Operations in planning, organizing, and coordinating daily operations.
    Coordinate with recruitment and training teams to ensure timely onboarding and training of new agents.
    Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing feedback and support as needed.
    Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and ensure efficient staffing solutions.
    Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality of service.
    Serve as a point of contact for agents, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
    Assist in resolving client issues and complaints, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
    Prepare regular reports on operational performance and present findings to senior management.
    Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to suggest improvements to operations.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
    Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
    Strong organizational and leadership skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    Knowledge of virtual staffing or legal services is a plus.
