Hours will be:
6:00 AM to 6:00 PM First Week

You will prepare and kit materials for the production departments.

You will safely carry out the warehouse process by closely following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction Documents (WID), and work orders as they relate to material handling, equipment operating, and packaging goods.

Work in a warehouse environment where you will receive and fill orders in a safe, accurate and timely manner including placing all incoming and outgoing materials, finished goods, raw materials, and supplies in the appropriate staging, shipping, receiving or storage locations while adhering to company SOP's and WID'sUse tools and equipment such as, but not limited to, computers, handheld scanners, tape guns, calculators, measuring tools, pallet jacks, forklifts, and swing reachesFollowing all safety requirements and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements.

Maintain accurate inventory in all designated warehouses and locationsEnsure work areas are kept safe, clean, and organizedUse strong attention to detail to ensure products meet quality standards by cooperating with upstream and downstream departments to implement mutual inspection, find and correct quality errors, record, and report problems in a timely mannerPrepare and account for all material movement documentation and update inventory management system accordinglyActively participate in Practical Process Improvements (PPI), Lean and Continuous Improvement activities including 5S activitiesEffectively work as part of a team in the warehouse process and assist with training and mentoring co-workersFocus on your development through timely and proactive completion of trainingAdhere to your schedule to ensure production goals are metHow will you get here? Education & Experience Must be at least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or equivalent1 year material handler experience (preferred, not required)Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Ability to operate a forklift, scissor lift, and other similar equipment or obtain a certification through company trainingExhibit good verbal and written communication skillsAbility to read and understand written materials that include words, pictures, and numbersAbility to count items, add and multiply using a calculator, and measure using a ruler or measuring tapeAbility to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detailPossess strong problem-solving abilitiesHave a consistent track record of following policies, procedures, instructions, and meeting goals consistently as an individual and with the teamAbility to work in a fast-paced regulated warehouse environment up to 12 hours a day with additional overtime when necessaryAbility to infrequently lift and manipulate up to 40 pounds unassistedAbility to stand and move about including standing, reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, pushing, and graspingAbility to use equipment and hand tools like scanners, tape guns, and some powered equipmentPhysical and Environment Information The warehouse has some ambient noiseAbility to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and understand chemical hygiene including labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS), common chemicals are disinfecting, solvents and IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol 70% and 99%)Our Mission is to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
