The Account Manager is a member of the Senior Healthcare Direct Marketing department reporting to the VP, marketing.
The Account Manager will be responsible for the creation and execution of the daily lead plan and serve as a key liaison between the Marketing and Sales departments.
The Account Manager will manage relationships with lead partners to determine which calls to acquire and deliver optimal financial results.
They'll utilize internal and external systems and platforms to track results and make adjustments throughout the day to deliver on the plan.

Manage day to day performance of lead partners to deliver on business goals
Create, cultivate and foster relationships with lead partners.
Serves as a liaison between Marketing and Sales teams to ensure hitting goals, while also ensuring alignment with business strategy and initiatives.
Create and execute the daily Lead Plan using Call Tracking Platforms to generate a strong call volume from high performance campaigns.
Meet and exceed Marketing goals – including call volume, lead quality, and costs.Manage the campaigns using the third-party vendor Dashboards, monitoring KPIs and adjust the campaigns' attributes such us concurrent cap, daily cap and budget to ensure the goals.
Generate Disposition and Performance Reports to identify opportunities for improvement.Create and manage to monthly financial forecasts.
Maintains accurate reporting to track performance of the lead partners/campaigns.
Qualifications:
Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
Account / project management and marketing experience (1+ years)
Experience working with lead partners.
MS Office proficiency
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to build productive business relationships
Ability to manage multiple accounts independently
Ability to work with Lead/Call tracking software: Ringba, Retreaver, Invoca, etc.
Strong reporting and follow-up skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
Excellent listening skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management.
Driven, dynamic, flexible, hard-working, and detail oriented.
