    Sales Manager Responsibilities
    1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
      • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
      • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships.
    2. Team Leadership:
      • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
      • Foster a collaborative and positive team culture focused on continuous improvement and success.
    3. Client Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
      • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
    4. Sales Performance Analysis:
      • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
      • Implement strategies to optimize sales performance and enhance the overall effectiveness of the sales team.
    5. Training and Development:
      • Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for the sales team.
      • Ensure team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles.
    Sales Manager Requirements
    • Successful previous experience in sales management, with a proven ability to drive team performance toward meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
    • Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of current digital marketing and advertising trends is a plus.
    • Highly organized, quality-focused, motivated, and forward-thinking.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • Proven ability to develop and drive a new business development process from plan to close.
