What You'll Do as an Accounts Payable Supervisor:

As an Accounts Payable Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our accounts payable department's smooth and efficient operation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the full accounts payable cycle, from 3-way matching to payment processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every step.
• Managed a high-volume workload with precision and attention to detail, ensuring all invoices and payments were processed accurately and on time.
• Leveraging your intermediate to advanced Excel skills and 10-key experience to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.
• Conducting thorough research to resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise, maintaining the integrity of our financial records.

What We Need From You as an Accounts Payable Supervisor:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• 3-5+ years of supervisory experience in accounts payable, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and 10-key expertise enable you to easily navigate complex spreadsheets and data.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy, ensuring the integrity of our financial processes.
• Prior experience in shared services and a background in the medical/healthcare industry are highly desirable.
