    Description

    Taverna Austin Downtown is searching for full-time or part-time Greeters to join the team in Austin, TX. As a greeter, you'll be like the conductor of the service orchestra.

    Greeters play a crucial role at Taverna Austin Downtown as they create the initial impression and establish the atmosphere for guests. Your responsibilities will include answering phones, managing reservations, and seating guests based on server availability. Your precision and communication skills are vital.

    You also serve as the final touchpoint of guests' visits, bidding them farewell and encouraging a return.

    Requirements:
    • Proficiency in office equipment usage, with the ability to input information accurately and promptly
    • Outstanding customer service abilities
    • Strong interpersonal skills for effective business interactions
    • Professional appearance and behavior
    • Availability for diverse shifts, including weekends and holidays
    • Preferably a high school diploma or equivalent

    An ideal candidate should be:

    • Reliable, punctual, and prepared for work even on short notice during emergencies
    • Customer-focused, enjoying engaging with individuals and contributing to a team environment
    • Flexible and adaptable, capable of quick adjustments as required
